On August 29th, 2009 I did finally get one shot of two hummingbirds fighting. It wasn't the great shot I had hoped for but at least they are both in the same shot. These little birds are so fast . . .

My mountain ash and apple trees are really pretty this time of year. With the fruit ripening and turning red I think it's just as pretty as in the spring when they both flower.

The weeping birch is really yellow now. I figured I'd better take a few shots before the wind comes up and blows every leaf off the tree.
